1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pelham Razorbacks website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants of our programs.

2. Program Participation & Commitment

The Pelham Razorbacks offer competitive sports programs (Football, Cheer, Soccer). Participation requires a high level of commitment, including attendance at practices, games, and regional travel.

3. Registration and Payments

  • All participants must be registered through our official portal.

  • Fees must be paid in accordance with the schedule provided during registration.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in the athlete being ineligible for participation.

 

4. Code of Conduct

All players, parents, and spectators are expected to uphold the values of sportsmanship, integrity, and respect. Harassment, bullying, or unsportsmanlike behavior toward officials, coaches, or other families may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Pelham Razorbacks organization, its board, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries sustained during participation in sports activities. Parents/Guardians assume all risks associated with competitive youth sports
