Empower Young Athletes: Volunteer with the Razorbacks

The Pelham Razorbacks have proudly served this community since 1972, and our continued success relies entirely on the passion of our volunteers. Selfless individuals are the absolute backbone of our league, ensuring we can provide a secure, enriching space for children to grow. By donating your time, you actively contribute to mentoring future leaders and fostering lifelong friendships. Discover how even a few hours of your week can make a profound, lasting impact.

Lead from the Sidelines: Become a Coach

Are you ready to make a direct, positive influence on young lives? Our coaching staff is responsible for teaching athletic technique alongside critical values like discipline, respect, and sportsmanship. We are always looking for enthusiastic individuals with a solid understanding of football or cheer to guide our teams.

If you are interested in stepping up as a coach, please review our basic requirements:

      • Prior experience working with, instructing, or mentoring children is highly preferred.
      • A foundational knowledge of either football mechanics or cheerleading fundamentals.
      • A strict commitment to upholding our organizational Coaches Code of Conduct.
      • The successful completion of a comprehensive, mandatory background screening.

Strengthen Our Community: Off-Field Support Roles

Not all heroes wear whistles. If coaching isn’t your calling, there are countless other ways to contribute your unique skills to the organization. Running a league of this size requires massive logistical support, and every hour you volunteer directly improves the experience for our athletes.

Consider joining our team in one of the following vital capacities:

      • Game Day Operations: Assist with field setup, chain gang duties, managing the scoreboard, or running the concession stand.
      • Team Parent Support: Serve as the primary communication liaison between coaches and parents, and help organize team snacks and events.
      • Fundraising & Events: Help our board plan, market, and execute community outreach initiatives and our annual golf tournament.
      • Equipment Management: Aid in the inventory, distribution, fitting, and end-of-season collection of our safety gear and uniforms.
